Sup?

I haven't updated this thing in a long time... almost a month.
Rafa's knees are worse than I thought. Dropped out of Wimbledon. We'll see when he comes back. MJ passed away. A musical genius we won't be seeing the likes of again forever.

Haven't gotten anywhere on the layout for this blog. I made a Rafa one for something else, but I thought about it, and I don't want to use it here.

Just yeah.

So Rafa lost at the French Open. I'm disappointed, but now anyone can win, and I hope someone can stop Federer from winning it. I just rather have someone else win. I working on new layout for my blog, but I'm having a hard time coming up with a new and interesting way to present it. I'll look for ideas tomorrow using the library's books. I've been updating Visual Pollution, but right now I think I'll take a day or two off; I'm tired of coding. Haha, and I'm already working on a new winamp skin. Maybe one to match my Lee Junki wallpaper.

Federer, you damn cry-baby

Ah, so Nadal lost. I know, but Federer lost too... and everyone's making a big deal out of it (with Nadal, it was an "amazing disaster" but his clay court season starts soon and he'll win again).

Federer had all the attention when he was winning--talking about how he'll be the greatest ever--and now that he's losing, I'm glad everyone's rubbing his nose in it. Andy Roddick (Quickly-Leaves-Tournament) was right when saying Federer deserves to have everyone feeling like they can win matches against him now. Murray, who won the tournament, should be number 3 in the world and Djokovic can settle with 4... but I don't mind having Djokovic there either. As long as each does their part to beat Federer, the world of tennis is good.

There's Lee Junki. Yeah, Eire did the colors there. It's cool.

Because, I can

Rafa won Indian Wells~ He's so great, ne? Winning all the time. Next he'll play at the Sony Ericcson Open, so I hope he wins there. Andy Murray was no match for Rafa in the finals; and Quickly-Leaves-Tournament aka Andy Roddick showed a lot more talent than Murray! Why are they both Andy, btw? Andy Warhol, Andy Murray, Andy Roddick... Andrew must be a crappy name. Haha, side tracked; vamos Rafa~~

And today we made copies of our art--by we, I mean Eire and I had copies made. We had to find a new place to go to because the other one moved accross town; this place was just around the corner and the jovial man who runs it is a lot better than the woman who worked at the other place. So, I'll probably have something to submit in a couple of weeks... Finished Gackt today, too! Just in time. I stayed up late to work on it.

Worlds I used to live in

Time for Spring!

Yesterday was a good day for playing tennis. Better than ideal, even though it was a little windy outside. I wish I could play tennis all the time, but I can't. Haha, work and play don't really work out. I watched a replay of Wimbledon 2008, when Rafa played Roger; it still feels good to watch. I'm gonna be even more nervous next time they play each other at either Roland Garros or Wimbledon (that's if they both make it to the finals). :o Tennis plays hard on your nerves... will it go long or hit the net? RAWR. xD I guess Roger Federer got his Orca preggie too, but I'm still not believing he's straight as an arrow, if you know what I mean. Surrogate mother, puh-lease. I included a recent picture of Rafa-beans from a soccer match. He actually dressed nicely. Usually he looks kinda out of it with his fashions: Eire says Rafa looks like he's saying, "me es el smart." xD

Anyway, Stephanie finally sent me her list of songs that she already owns and I'll look for some others for her. I also figured out a new song that I can play on the flute-- Ashokan Farewell. It sounds pretty cool... and looking up some information on it, I see that James Galway has done a version of it, so it must lend well for the flute otherwise he wouldn't have it on a CD. I haven't been able to find good flute music lately, and I've been forced to play violin music instead.

I can't remember what else I wanted to write about. I'll probably send off the copies of my art next week and then have something to update. I want to start something new tonight with watercolors (which I hate, because of the WATER aspects of it). Probably a picture of Lee Junki or Kim Kibum. Haha. I would look for pictures of TVXQ at iTVXQ.net, but I know I'll just spend an hour looking at all the pictures and forgetting about my original mission. I do that! Stupid... xD

My mind is driving myself crazy. I don't know why I couldn't exist without knowing what TACITURN meant... like it was the single most important thing I had to know. Haha, but it means "quietly; not in a manner inclined to speaking," which I knew. I need to buy a dictionary. The last one we had was from the 70s and had outdated information. All I really remember about it is the definition for AFRO had a funny picture included with it, apparently to demonstrate what an Afro looked like. Hahahaha~

Stolen Days

Again Overtime: Another day stolen from my life. Haha, I spent yesterday doing as little work as possible and cracking jokes all day with Jamie. "Speaking" of Jamie, today I saw the newest book in the series of book we have been reading! I didn't expect it, but I saw it on the shelves of new arrivals. I'll have it read before him~

Starting a new drawing... of Jaejoong. Eire painted the background for me, and I'm drawing on it with pencils. That's the new "style" I've been messing with, but it's nothing to start a new life on. I'm not certain how this drawing will come out but it'll be ok. The color pencil drawing of Gackt didn't work out so well... will I finish drawing or just leave it to rot? I hate doing this to drawings... and I have another one I was just messing around with... it imitates Mucha's style a little, but since I was drawing a man in the picture, it doesn't have the same flowing quality to it.

Reading about tennis lately... because I haven't had time to watch. Rafa's been out with an injury and so is Federer. Actually, I'm wondering if Roger has some issues with crying like a damn baby that he can't get over... back injury. Pfft.

Certainly, I can not wait until spring! When it'll be warm and I can go to the parks and stuff again. I miss seeing the green leaves on the trees and the storms… Well, this blog entry has been pretty pointless. Hahaha, but no one should be reading this crap expecting to see Gackt naked or something. xD

Love is dangerous...

So Rafael Nadal wins the Aussie Open~ I'm surprised because he continues to improve all the time. Vamos Rafa~

Anyway, I think it's a little annoying... how Roger had to start crying like that at the end; it ruins the ending for Rafa. How can Rafa celebrate without looking like an ass if your opponent is crying like a baby? And Rafa had to remind Roger how many championships he has won--I don't care if Roger is chasing Pete's record, it's still a patsy move of him to cry like that.

I'm still happy about the outcome, though. Rafa is the first Spaniard to win the Aussie Open and this is his first hard court title! Vamos. rofl Eire and I were heckling Roger throughout the match (I mean, imagine that at 3am. rofl)~ That's what makes it even more fun to watch is when everyone in the room is cheering for Rafa. Let's see... what were some of the funny ones? "C'mon Rafa, hit it up Rog's pooper?" No... "vamos Ralfalfa?" (you know... like the Little Rascals?) Hahaha, no there were some more but it's probably better I don't write them down. xD

Anyway, today I picked up my Fantasy Pieces Opus 2 by Carl Neilsen. It was re-arranged for flute so it should be good. Who plays the oboe anyway? Haha, and I got Chopin's piano concerto no.2 CD too. That's one of my favorite compositions. I think I'll try to start on some new art since I gave Stuart's picture to him and the other commission pieces I'm supposed to do are being taken care of by Eire. rofl, outsourcing, I know. So, yeah, that should be interesting. I'm not sure of what it will be. Also, I'm still studying my Korean. I had to re-start because I sorta lost my concentration and motivation there for a little while. Oh, and this weekend I heard the Met perform Verdi's Rigoletto~ What an awesome opera. I know, that makes me... slightly smarter than the average Ralfalfa Bean. :)

Another birthday candle

Yep, it's Jaejoong birthday. Submitted his birthday art. Rafael is going strong at the Aussie Open, and I'm about to eat Korean food.

Um, almost finished Stuart's portrait, and then I'll start on... Yunho or Micky Yoochun. Don't know which. Um, I don't know. Over time? Sucks? Uninteresting because I don't really have time to do anything. But today... will also buy Jeff's magazine. Have to see that. Tata~

Outsource this

I fell asleep watching tennis this morning. I was trying to stay awake to watch Rafa, but he didn't play right away. I woke up to watch his second and third sets though. He won 6-0, 6-2, 6-2. I kept having dreams about tennis when I fell asleep because I left the TV on. Haha, hilarious.

Yesterday Eire and I went to the art store and bought some more art supplies (Eire bought useless crap and I bought some stamps? No I didn't actually because the stamps were too expensive. But I did end up spending 42 dollars there somehow. Godlessness!). Started on a new picture of Jaejoong. Have one already finished. I feel like I'm not doing anything new with just pencil work, so I don't know what to do. Submitting Changmin today.

Next week is Mr. Kim's birthday~ I'm planning on going to the Korean restaurant for that day. ^^ I feel like I have a million things I need to do. Well, at least it's not arctic anymore outside.

Just when I thought winter wasn't really that bad...

I submitted two deviations of Jaejoong and Gackt. I like both pieces of art. I haven't really drawn anything new lately at home. Finished an ink and pencil of Lee Junki and started a drawing of Jaejoong too. I have one of Micky I could start, but yeah, very busy lately. Actually, I'm always busy. American Idol comes on tonight. I have to study and practice my Korean.

New Year's resolutions. I decided on some. Be nicer to the people I don't like and talk more often to the people I do like. Ah, anyway, I'm working on them, but I have the whole year right? Hahaha. And I think it's awesome how the world kinda works things out right... keke.

Oh did I mention how cold it is? Today it was like -18F/-28C. That's cold. But the wind chill wasn't too much of an issue because it wasn't windy. But I think it's supposed to be coldest on Thursday so I hope it really isn't that bad.

Did I mention I finished My Girl? Everyone in my family except Eire watched it all the way through. Eire only paid attention towards the end. rofl. :)

Oh yeah! It's almost time for the Australian Open! Vamos Rafa! I know he won't do so well (and why did I use 3 exclamation marks?). Last year he lost to Tsonga in the Semifinals (haha, like that's not good). I think Murray will win, but he might not, you know. Maybe he'll just falter under the pressure. And I haven't noticed Djokovic lately either in the warm-up tournaments. He's ... oh wait, I looked it up. He was at the Brisbane Open, he just lost really early. Hahaha, he's going to lose at the AO. xD

Ok ok, I can't wait.

12. Moneeeeeeey & Rafa

So Nadal is out of the Masters Cup with his knee issues. I hope anyone but Federer or Djokovic wins now. God, why can't Rafa be there? I don't want to see Djokovic or hear about Federer and his fat girlfriend...

I wish I had the money to renew my subscription to dA, but I have to wait until I have the money. Then I will subscribe for a year so I don't have to deal with this again.

Can't find a new picture of Hyde to reference. Tired of the old one. Already have enough Jaejoongs, so I should probably draw someone else. Gonna draw Gackt, that's just how it's going to be.

Damn, I hate deviantart now. Hahaha.
